Role: Carpentry (Finish)
Location: Andover, MA
Pay Range: $27-34/hr

Job Description:
Requirements:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in finish carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to use a tape measure accurately
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans using a tablet
- Perform trim and finish work, including door, window, bathroom, and baseboard installations
- Execute tasks with precision using hand and power tools
- Engage in physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving materials
- Work may include overtime or weekends based on production schedules
